Welcome Back Derek!

Derek has come back to for a short stay as he gets a surgery taken care of. He got in last night so we all went over for dessert and visit with Derek. Here are a few pics from the night.

Canada trip 2008

I thought that I would share some of the pictures that Bub and I took of everyone on our trip. Enjoy!

Googmorning. Living in alaska on an island hauling supplies in 1k square feet is the adventure and different. I have a job at the lodge on the island doing food service working my butt off but atleast I'm getting in shape and I can walk to work. The Kids r having a blast and love every minute. We also have a glacier here that is beautiful and Brooke loves the whales. I eat salmon almost every day (that is what the lodge cooks) and we almost had a 150lb halibut in the boat- it broke off the line. Have a good day. Luv joanie

It was a great trip!

This trip will be rembered for a long. It was long, but it was alot of fun. I am sure the grandchildren will never forget it! The Canadan family was alot of fun to be around.
We enjoyed the national parks with their bears, deer and alot of snow on the U.S. side.

We wish Lane and Joanie and their families could have been with us. I expect Mom and I will be the only ones to ever visit Raymond again. We appreciated Dan and Janet for letting us invade their home in Santaquin.

While Jamie and I were on the family vacation we thought that it would be fun to start a family blog. So that everyone could put their pictures up from their different events. Then Janet and Joanie's family can see what we are up to and we can see what they are up to.
